2008 Mazda Miata MX-5 two seater convertible
is still the most entertaining and
affordable sports car available in the
market. Although the competition
is impressive, the new 2008 Mazda Miata
MX-5 is incomparable to drive with the top

1.8 liter 4 cylinder engine powers both
Miata trim levels, the base and the LS.
Both Mazda Miata LS and Base levels offer
equal performance specs with a horsepower
rating of 142@7000 rpm and a torque rating
of 125@5500 rpm. The engine of the new 2008
Mazda Miata is configured with an Iron Block
and Aluminum Alloy Cylinder Head and comes
either with a 4 or 5-speed manual transmission
with overdrive.
