The 2008 Discovery is a luxury sport-utility
packed with advanced technology that must be
experienced in tough conditions to be truly
appreciated. Comparable
vehicles to the 2008 Discovery include the
Acura MDX, the Lexus LX 470, and the Volvo
XC90.
Upon
introduction, both trims are equipped with
a standard 4.6-liter, V8, 217-horsepower
engine that achieves 12-mpg in the city
and 16-mpg on the highway. A 4-speed automatic
transmission with overdrive is standard.
The 2008 Discovery is freshened for 2008.
