The 2008 2009 Ford Freestyle
is an all-new 4-door crossover vehicle
capable of accommodating up to 7 persons.
Available in the SE, SEL, and Limited trims,
the 2008 2009 Ford Freestyle combines the looks
of a sports utility vehicle with the features
and handling characteristics of a passenger
car.
An optional 60/40 split folding 2nd-row
bench can increase the seating capacity
to seven. Whether it is the upright seating,
generous interiors or the impressive set
of controls, the 2008 2009 Ford Freestyle comes
with a stream of commendable features and
specs. Offering a choice of front-wheel
or an all-wheel drive, the 2008 2009 Ford Freestyle
is equipped with a Duratec engine that pumps
enough power to set the road on fire. While
a continuously variable automatic transmission
(CVT) transfers power to the ground, an
optional AWD system transfers the engine
torque to the rear wheels in the event that
the fronts slip. In terms of passenger comfort
and cargo carrying capability, the 2008 2009
Ford Freestyle fares quite well. The vehicle
even offers excellent crash protection to
the occupants.
