When you consider that the 2008 Dodge Neon engine is one of the most
sophisticated small engines in the business, it's no surprise that Dodge has
been the exclusive supplier of vehicles and engines for the famous Skip
Barber Racing School. New for this year, all models come standard with a
High-Output 2.0-liter 16-valve SOHC four-cylinder Magnum engine that
delivers 150 horsepower and produces 136 pounds-per-foot of torque. This
engine maximizes Intrepid performance, and blends nicely with the standard
five-speed manual transaxle or available four-speed automatic transmission.
Throw in one of the available Intrepid body kits, and you'll car will look
great, too. Who could ask for anything more?
